and support contracts
iConsultancy
provides a comprehensive range of service and support programs. Our
programs are designed to complement your in-house capabilities by
providing appropriate levels of service.
iConsultancy
offers quick response times to get your IT systems up and running again
with as little disruption as possible. Our on-site response times vary
based upon contract terms.
We also offer support on a call-out basis, so even if you don't
have a maintenance agreement contract with us, we can still offer our
support.
The latter service is charged at an hourly rate.
